How to maintain the fuel pump of a diesel generator?

　　The oil pump of the generator set is an important part of the entire unit, so when using a diesel generator, attention should be paid to the maintenance of the oil pump. The specific maintenance methods for diesel generator oil pumps in my country can be divided into the following types:

　　1. The core of the coarse filter of the oil pump joint is easily blocked by cotton wool and other dirt. It should be checked and cleaned frequently, and the damaged filter must be repaired or replaced in time.

　　2. The oil of the diesel generator must be filtered by sedimentation to ensure cleanliness and prevent excessive impurities from aggravating the wear of the oil inlet valve, oil outlet valve and oil pump valve seat. Sometimes the oil valve will even be blocked by impurities and fail.

　　3. Before installing the oil pump, the diesel generator should check whether the model and specifications are correct, and remove the anti-rust oil. The thickness of the gasket should be appropriate. To avoid the piston from lifting or not being in place, the gasket should be prevented from being too thin or too thick. When tightening the bolts, the tightening torque should be uniform to prevent damage to the oil pump.

　　4. Ensure that the diesel generator oil pump gasket is intact and not damaged by the spray washer. The plastic ring should not be disassembled too many times and should be replaced regularly.
